Things to need:

4: Flashify apk here or here. (Thanks to apk4fun.com).
Steps:
1: Make sure "usb debugging" is on from developer options. (If not turn it by going to developer option and check usb debugging section). If developer option doesn't appear press "Build number" from "software version" in "about phone" section for 5 times.
2: Install LG drivers of above 3rd step. After installation connect phone to computer.
3: Run "LG one click root software" of above step 2.
4: Click on start button. Wait a while. Allow permission if asked on phone screen.
5: Now phone will reboot in download mode after a while. Hold a while till it completes and reboot automatically. (In some cases it can stop a 90% . It just a bug simply disconnect mobile and start phone) Now Supersu will appear in apps drawer.
6: Now install flashify application (If not installed yet). Run it and grant root permission.
7: Press "Recovery image" and then "Download TWRP" from Flashify application. Select latest version of TWRP.

Wait for downloading to finish and then flash it. Done now you have a rooted and custom recovery installed LG G3
